Returns
Chiarugi customer care You can return one or more items within 10 (ten) working days of receipt of your order. BEFORE RETURNING make sure that the items are in the same condition as they were received, with the ID tag and seal (for more information please read “Conditions for Returns), prepare the package for reshipment within 10 working days of receipt of the merchandise. At the bottom of the Return Form you will find instructions on how to ship the return free of charge. CHIARUGI reserves the right to refuse returns that were notified or shipped late, or to refuse items that are not in the same condition as they were received. If you are not satisfied with your purchase CHIARUGI wants you to be satisfied. If, for some reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return one or more of the items and receive a refund of the purchase price of each one. You can also exchange items, in that case the new items will be shipped at our expense. Before sending your returns to CHIARUGI, fill out the Return Form and make sure you have met all the conditions. CHIARUGI will refund the price of the returned items. CHIARUGI will not accept returns that do not fulfill the required conditions; in this case the items will be sent back to you. For Returns All CHIARUGI products have an ID tag. Do not remove the tag when you try on the item, because we will not accept returns if the merchandise is not in the same condition as when you received it. The only conditions we require concern the product itself: it must be intact, never used, and it cannot be damaged in any way; the tag must be attached, and it must be in the original package.Before you return your package, you must fill out the Return Form only to get a Return Number.You must deliver the package to the shipper within 10 working days of the date you received the order. All returned items from a single order must be sent in a single shipment: CHIARUGI will not accept returns from a single order that are sent separately. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping charges from you to us; we will not accept any returns that have not followed the above procedure and have not been authorized by Chiarugi.com. If you do not comply with even one of these conditions Chiarugi will not be able to accept the return and the goods will be sent back to you at your expense. Shipping your return to CHIARUGI You can check the status of the return shipment in the “My Return” section of your reserved area. Remember, you can only ship the return from the country where you placed your order. After having filled out the online Return Form you will receive an e-mail with instruction on how to proceed with the return. You must enter your banking coordinates to get your refund. Refunds After CHIARUGI has received your return, inspected the merchandise and made sure that you have complied with all the requirements, we will send an e-mail accepting the return. This procedure can take up to 3 (three) working days from the date the package is received at the CHIARUGI warehouse. The time of a refund depends on the payment method you used, in any event, the refund procedure will start within 10 (ten) working days of the date that Chiarugi.com was informed of your decision to return the goods, that is the date you filled out the online Return Form. Remember, you will be refunded the purchase price of the items you return, but NOT the original shipping charges. Refunds on credit or debit cards: the time required to see the refund on your statement depends on the card issuer. PayPal refunds: you will see the refund within 48 hours. The actual refund to the credit card linked to your PayPal account depends on the card issuer. CUSTOMER CARE
