How do I register? 
Registering for the first time is very easy. Go to the CUSTOMER LOGIN area. Enter the requested data. Once registration is complete you can be “recognized” by entering your username and password.
Why do I have to register?
You can access the site and visit the boutique without registering.
But you can only shop in the boutique and be put on the Chiarugi.com mailing list and get all the information about events, news, specials and promotions about the items sold online if you are registered.
Can I cancel an order that I have placed and that is already confirmed?
We are sorry, but because of our commitments to all our customers, we cannot accept cancellations after the order booking and confirmation procedure is completed. Therefore, we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before confirming and closing the shopping process.
What do you do with my personal data?
The personal data we obtain through registration and shopping procedures are handled in accordance with the terms of Italian Law 196/2003 on privacy rights. We will never use your data for other purposes nor transfer them to third parties for other business or commercial purposes.

How can I know the status of my shipment?
You can track your shipment using the DHL or SDA shipping number that you will receive via e-mail directly from Chiarugi.com as soon as the merchandise is delivered to the shipper.
All you have to do is go to the DHL or SDA site and enter your tracking number in the “Online Tracking Area”.
What happens if I’m not home when my package is delivered?
The shipper will try again for three consecutive days. After the third failed attempt Chiarugi.com will contact you by e-mail.
If the package remains at the shipper’s without any word from you, you will be charged for storage, handling and administrative fees and shipping costs. 
How can I return items I have received?
You can exercise your right to return goods within 10 days of receipt of the goods by following the procedure in the “Returns and Refunds” section. 
Remember! To get a refund the merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with all the tags, in the original package and above all, it must be in mint condition and never used.
How can I be sure that my credit card data are protected?
Banca Sella guarantees the protection of your credit card information. Neither Chiarugi.com nor any other party can access your financial data.
